Tonight was the annual Santa Night at my school, so we took the kiddos to see Santa! Last year, at this time, Jasper was still in the NICU, so he was unable to see "The Big Guy", but this year The Bub came packed with power. He absolutely did not want to sit on Santa's lap! And it sure is funny how a year can change a child's attitude because Miss Ayla was thrilled! She walked right up on that stage, pulled up her dress to show Santa her red tights, and said "Santa! Look!" I about died. It was hilarious! She's not shy that one! Ayla told Santa that she wanted a Doc Surprise and a Baby Doll. We will see if she's been good enough to make it on "The Nice List" this year! After they saw Santa, he had all the kids gather up on the stage and listen to him read a story. Blair met us there after work, so he took Jasper home before the story since he was exhausted. But Ayla and I stayed to eat an extra cookie, color a picture, and talk to some friends for just a minute. Happy Holidays!
