4 Months

It's crazy to think that Ayla is already 4 months old.  Ayla has been such a joy to have around!  We couldn't imagine our lives without her!  She is definitely someone who knows what she wants.  I'm sure this trait will carry on throughout her life.  At 4 months, Ayla also Is/Can/Does:

• Weighs 14 1/2 pounds
• Very patient
• Friendly to anyone
• Grabs her tongue with 2 fingers
• Sleeps on her belly during nap time
• Takes 1 -2 1/2 hour naps
• Has tried cereal once
• Have started to wake up more than once a night (grrrrr)
• Has taken a bottle with cereal in it before bed (and it hasn't really helped her sleep much better)
• Roll over to one side but not quite onto her belly yet
• Coos
• Babbles in low and high screeching voices
• Laughs out loud
• Smiles when she boo-boos in her diaper
• Starting to grab things with her hands
• Grabs things with her wrists
• Loves standing on people and in her exersaucer
• Adores walks
• Kicks in the bath tub
• Trying to sit up
• Pushing legs up under her belly
• Pushes up on her arms
• Grabs her toes
• Starting to Stomp her feet
