- Walk and run everywhere you go
- Say "hi, bye, ayla, mama, dada, baba, hello, elmo, more, mmmmm, awwww, mooo, bye, and are starting to say eyes"
- Stopped nursing a couple weeks before your 1st birthday. You only want a sippy cup or a bottle now. Usually you drink the sippy all day long and have a bottle at bed time.
- Every time you see a computer you point to it and want someone to watch Elmo with you
- Smile at all people (strangers or not)
- Love stuffed animals and baby dolls - you walk around with them, hug them, kiss them, and pat their backs and booties
- Daycare says you walk around all day long and check on the other babies
- Play hide-and-seek with the other walking babies at daycare
- Go right to sleep as soon as we lay you down at night - no fussing
- Love your blanky
- Are learning to take off your jackets, bathrobes, etc. all by yourself
- Eat so well - daycare says you're the best eater and you're not picky at all.
- Want all the food that Mommy and Daddy are eating - you sometimes even want the same size piece we are eating and you break it up into smaller pieces yourself
- Weigh 21 pounds and are 27 inches tall
- Have 2 bottom teeth (and one is starting to pop through on the top, back, left)
- Like to smash your food into both sides of your hair - don't ask me why
- Hair is blond and has a tiny bit of wave to it - especially after there is food in it :-)
- Love giving kisses
- Mimic the sounds that others make with ease
- Are working on blowing kisses goodbye to people when you leave them
- Wave at every other child you see out in public
- Like to point to eyes, nose, and mouth on people and toys
- You laugh at people when they are being silly
- Like the attention to be on you almost all the time
- Like to play "Ring Around the Rosey"
- Love your little Elmo books
- Are turning into a complete fruit lover
- Drink whole milk with most meals
- Daycare says that you are very smart - and that makes Mommy and Daddy very proud
