Ayla Meets the Big Guy

Every year Thompson Crossing Elementary has a "Cookies with Santa" night.  It costs $5.00 to get in, and you have story time with Santa and Mrs. Clause, free cookies, and a photo with Santa.  It's a great deal (way better than $30 at the mall like we spent to see the Easter Bunny!)  I rushed from school to get her Christmas outfit, went to pick her up from daycare, rushed back to school to get her dressed and buy a ticket so we wouldn't be waiting in line forever, and we got the 1st spot!  It was fun to watch Ayla look at Santa and eat a cookie while she waited to sit on his lap.  She got to see Graham and Camryn (Robin's little girl who completely adores her).  And Blair came to meet us there so he could watch our little girl meet the Big Guy for the first time too!  It was a great 1st memory that we'll cherish for always!
