I can't tell you how much I love Summer Break! It's so wonderful just to be home and relaxed, being able to hang out with Ayla and do whatever we want. The breaks make being a teacher totally worth it these days. Over Easter Grandma and Grandpa Tranter gave Ayla a popsicle mold, and I finally got to use it today. I looked up a recipe for fresh strawberry banana popsicles, and whipped them up while Abe was napping. After they had frozen, before it was bedtime, we stripped her down to her diaper and she ate one of the popsicles out on the driveway. It was so cute to see her have her first popsicle and get it all over herself. She kept saying, "mmmmm!" You can't beat memories like that one!
